The Coral Room is one of our
most intimate rooms and not suited for children. It has a corner-styled whirlpool tub

POLICIES
1. The Full Moon Inn has a 10 day cancellation
policy. If you cancel your reservation within the 10 day period, you will be charged the
full amount of the reservation. If we are able to rebook the room, you will be credited
the days that are rebooked. The Full Moon Inn has a $25.00 cancellation fee for all
bookings.
2. We have a two night minimum stay on weekends, that could
be a Thursday/ Friday; Friday/ Saturday; or a Saturday /Sunday.
3. All our rooms are non-smoking, if smoke is detected a $100.00 fee will be assessed.
We allow smoking outside anywhere on the property.
4. Do not use any oil based products (bath oils, massage oils, etc.) in the Jacuzzi
bathtubs. If pump is damaged due to this misuse, guest will pay the $450.00 pump
replacement amount.
5. Check-Out time is 11:30 / Check-in any time after 3:00 pm / Early
check-in is negotiabl e

Luckenbach, Texas Captian Matt Carinhas has created an amazingly quiet, beautiful,
relaxing and historical place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big
city. With seven unique accomodations. The rooms are beautifully decorated, cozy and
inviting. The grounds (about 12 acres) are gorgeous and meticulously maintained,
right down to the manicured area by the creek complete with swimming holes.
Matthew is a fabulous chef, and his full breakfast meals are simply out of this
world! Everyone in Fredericksburg knows Matthew, and his recommendations for
restaurants and sightseeing adventures are spot on. Make the Full Moon Inn a
definite destination at least once every year.
