Weddings and Private Parties/Events

We often have requests from small wedding parties hoping to have a Texas Hill Country wedding or other private events on our property. For private events we require you to rent the entire property (which includes: all six lodging units, breakfast for all overnight guest, stage area, the outdoor party pavilion and the commercial kitchen for catering needs only and hospitality area) which will ensure the privacy of your event.

Two-night minimums will apply for all private parties.

 We charge $6,500.00 for the use of the property plus a $1,000.00 damage/cleaning deposit. The deposit will be refunded after the event if we are not required to do any additional or excessive cleaning or repairs.

You may make arrangements to bring your own food. Kemper and Kim are happy to assist you with any catering, decorating, clergy, security, rentals, music, etc. needs you might have.
